1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the vxkwin website at vxkwin.app, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using our platform immediately.

vxkwin reserves the right to amend, update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this website. It is the player's responsibility to review this document from time to time. Continued use of the vxkwin platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use the vxkwin platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition issued by any authority.
• Not register an account on behalf of a third party or any other business entity.

vxkwin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Registration and Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each player is permitted to hold only one account at vxkwin. When registering, you are required to provide your full name, an active email address, a valid mobile phone number, and to create a secure password. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure, vxkwin may require a copy of an identity document such as your MyKad or passport, a bank statement, or other supporting documents. 3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. vxkwin will not be held responsible for any losses arising from access to your account by a third party due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our customer support team immediately.

3.4 Prohibition of Multiple Accounts

Registering more than one account by the same individual is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, vxkwin reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit any existing balances, and void all related transactions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

vxkwin supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit limit is RM30 per transaction, regardless of the payment method used. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per withdrawal request.

4.3 Processing Times

Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the chosen method and internal verification process. vxkwin does not guarantee exact processing times as they may be affected by factors outside the platform's control.

4.4 Payment Method Verification

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances that require special approval from the vxkwin finance team. Players may be required to provide proof of account ownership before a withdrawal is approved.

As another example: if you deposit RM400, the bonus received is RM300 (the maximum), bringing your balance to RM700. The wagering requirement is RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

VIP tier progression depends on a player's activity and loyalty on the platform. vxkwin reserves the right to review and update VIP benefits from time to time.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Every bonus offer is subject to the stated wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings generated from fulfilling the wagering requirements may be withdrawn. vxkwin reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.

6. Acceptable Player Conduct

6.1 Permitted Use

The vxkwin platform is for personal and non-commercial use only. Players may use this platform for entertainment and lawful gambling within the scope permitted by the international licence held by vxkwin.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or any tool designed to manipulate games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live games.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the vxkwin platform.
• Using funds obtained through illegal activities to make deposits into an account.
• Transferring funds between player accounts without vxkwin's authorisation.

6.3 Player Responsibilities

Players are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful under the applicable laws of the country or region where they are located. vxkwin is not responsible for any legal consequences a player may face as a result of using the platform in a prohibited area.

7. Security and Privacy

• Technical failures, software bugs, or internet connection issues.

• Gambling decisions made by players using our platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of an account by an unauthorised party.

Without limiting the generality of the above, vxkwin's liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the vxkwin customer support team. Before closure, all outstanding bonus requirements must be settled and eligible withdrawals may be made through the usual procedure.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by vxkwin

vxkwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Detection or suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious behaviour.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Registration by an individual under 21 years of age.

9.3 Account Balance After Closure

Upon account closure at the player's request, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal within the usual timeframe. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, vxkwin reserves the right to forfeit all balances including related bonuses and winnings.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.3 Platform Authority

In any dispute relating to game outcomes, vxkwin's server records shall be considered conclusive evidence. vxkwin reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to our platform and services, subject to the applicable licensing terms.
